Janet Geriak

In 2004 I moved to Florida from upstate New York. As with many people who live in the North Country, it was a dream to live in Florida. My dreams came true. Initially I started my career as an assistant to the rental manager for vacation rentals. I quickly moved up to a property manager, managing a 48 unit Condominium. It was only natural to take the next step and obtain my Real Estate License. I worked in property management, vacation rentals, selling condos and homes for 9 years. I decided it was time to make a change and concentrate my attention fully on Real Estate. In February 2014 I became a full time Real Estate Agent. I am devoted to assisting my clients in any way to make their dreams come true. Weather they are purchasing a vacation home, investment property, new residence or selling an existing home or condo. I am available and devoted to make it happen. I love New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area. My goal is to assist my clients in finding the happiness in the area that I have.
